Lead the Home Base Programs at 360°kids, ensuring compliance and cutting-edge operations for at-risk youth. This role focuses on teamwork, community building, and day-to-day management.
As the Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations of Home Base Programs while aligning with 360°kids' mission. Collaborate closely with the Manager of Youth HUB to implement activities that meet program goals. You will ensure program compliance with regulations, guide staff development, and provide strategic direction to create impactful programming for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage day-to-day operations of Home Base Programs
• Collaborate with management to facilitate engaging activities
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations




• Provide reports to the Manager of Youth HUB and regulatory agencies
• Lead staff training, development, and retention initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Child/Youth field
• Three years of experience with at-risk youth
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of youth-related issues and community resources
