Crunch Fitness is expanding and searching for an enthusiastic individual to enhance customer service and support community wellness. As a Member Services Representative, you will drive member referrals, exceed sales goals, and communicate effectively with all gym members and guests. Your passion for fitness and commitment to service will shape a positive environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attract new business through member referrals and outreach
• Exceed personal sales goals using effective strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members




• Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs
• Communicate special events and club services effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a service-oriented role
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation to exceed expectations
• CPR/AED certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Background check required for a safe environment
