MacLennan Serratore LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic qualified to join our team as a Real Estate Law Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Reporting to the Managing Partners, the Real Estate Law Clerk will independently manage interim and final closings, coordinate directly with buyer lawyers, and prepare documentation for real estate transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, high-collaboration environment from day one.

The opportunity
Key responsibilities
Manage interim and final closings, including bulk closings.
Prepare documentation and coordinate with all parties for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Maintain closing checklists and track deadlines.
Liaise with buyer lawyers and clients throughout the transaction.
Work with a variety of legal tech tools to ensure efficient case management.
Support both condo and non-condo transaction processes.
Skills and qualifications
Law Clerk Certificate or equivalent experience (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of real estate closings and legal documentation.
Comfortable using platforms including Unity, Teraview, NetDocs, ActionStep (formerly Soluno), Outlook 365, Kofax PDF Editor, and LawPay.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a versatile environment.
Professional discretion, reliability, and accountability.
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with skills and experience
3 weeks vacation
