This full-time role requires managing a portfolio of approximately 22 clinics, ensuring patients benefit from WELL Health’s robust digital tools. You will build relationships with physicians and Medical Office Assistants, coach on digital engagement, and oversee practice performance in the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end digital transformation for your clinic portfolio
• Execute go-lives for essential digital tools and services




• Serve as primary contact for clinic managers and support teams
• Manage timelines and readiness for implementation
• Lead adoption reinforcement cycles for newly launched clinics

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in client-facing healthcare roles
• Familiarity with Ontario FHO or primary care practices
• Proven skills in driving behavioral change and relationship-building
• Highly organized and self-directed, with proactive problem-solving
• Willingness to travel regularly to clinics across Ontario
