As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality case management, clinical treatment, and advocacy for clients facing Operational Stress Injury and PTSD. Your work will include establishing treatment goals, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and coordinating care across a qualified team. Collaboration and communication with families and referral agencies are critical to this role, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual treatment and ongoing patient assessment
• Facilitate group-based education for relapse prevention
• Identify treatment goals in collaboration with patients
• Deliver psychoeducational and process groups effectively
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychotherapy
• Registration in good standing with professional body
• Experience with group programs and therapeutic facilitation
• Knowledge of various treatment modalities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
