As a Scientist II in Assay Development, you will join our thriving Research & Development team. This role demands expertise in immunochemistry and protein science to optimize and troubleshoot ITA assays. You will work collaboratively across functions, supporting technology transfer and broader initiatives vital for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assay development from concept to commercialization
• Optimize and validate immunoturbidimetric assays
• Collaborate with teams for technology transfer




• Engage in routine lab activities for R&D; projects
• Troubleshoot assay performance and development issues
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in relevant scientific discipline; M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum five years of industry experience
• Hands-on experience in assay development and validation
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments and statistical analysis
• Experience in IVD and clinical diagnostics preferred
