Front of House Supervisor

Our people are the heart and soul of our business, and we are looking for a talented, driven, and caring individual to join our Front of House Leadership Team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading by example, supporting their teammates, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front of House Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to help lead successful shifts by ensuring our service standards are consistently met, our team feels supported, and every guest is taken care of.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. When you are scheduled to supervise, you will help oversee the Front of House operation and support the team throughout the shift. When you are not supervising, you will continue to work as a Server and contribute directly to the guest experience.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their leadership abilities while continuing to build strong hospitality and service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House shifts with a strong focus on guest experience, service standards, and team support
• Maintain an active presence on the floor and identify opportunities to assist guests and team members before being asked
• Ensure company service standards, cleanliness expectations, and operational procedures are consistently followed
• Support Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, and other Front of House team members throughout the shift
• Help create a welcoming, positive,
  
  
  
  and professional setting for both guests and employees
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
• Communicate clearly with the management and kitchen leadership teams to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening, closing, shift transitions, and other Front of House responsibilities as required
• Coach and provide feedback to team members while reinforcing expectations in a positive and respectful manner
• Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Work serving shifts when not scheduled in a supervisory capacity

Key Requirements

• Previous serving or Front of House experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain organized, composed, and solution-focused during busy services
• Confidence in providing direction and supporting a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining high standards
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills
• Committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is considered an asset,
