Lead The Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Coordinator, overseeing multiple locations in your zone during this short-term contract. Provide effective support for donation collection and staff management throughout the season.
As a Christmas Kettle Coordinator, you will supervise Kettle Campaign Workers and ensure every shift is adequately staffed. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, money handling experience, and a customer service background. You will coordinate logistics including the delivery and security of kettles, while maintaining positive relationships with site partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for Kettle locations
• Ensure the secure collection of donations after each shift




• Train and mentor Christmas Kettle Campaign Workers
• Communicate issues and supply needs promptly
• Record statistical data accurately for reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must lift/move items up to 12 kgs (25 lbs)
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
