Mindoula is seeking a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist clients in their recovery journey. This role demands strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to helping others. You will engage with the Substance Use Disorder Program, conduct assessments, and facilitate community connections to provide the best support possible.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document member needs with precise assessments
• Support members in different settings and through support groups




• Contribute to collaborative case management meetings
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
• Achieve set goals and monitor Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist in Washington
• Successful participation in a recovery program
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to promote Mindoula's mission through outreach
