The Substation High Voltage Electrical Technician plays a crucial role in our Power Technical Services department. This position involves extensive high voltage electrical field work, infrared scanning, and system optimization. Your expertise will assist in electrical studies, on-site troubleshooting, and project management, ensuring every job is executed within safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high voltage electrical field work and maintenance
• Perform technical studies on electrical systems




• Provide troubleshooting support both in office and in-house
• Utilize AutoCAD for electrical drawings in installations
• Review and finalize technical reports and estimates

Requirements:
• Electrical P. Eng. or EIT certification
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• 309A License or trades certificate
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, ETAP, MS Office
• InfraRed Level 1 certification is an asset
