Become a pivotal part of Legends Global’s finance team as a Staff Accountant based in Ontario, CA. Focus on managing accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with our finance department and F&B; operations to ensure accurate coding and timely processing of invoices. You’ll engage in monthly reconciliations, assist with the month-end close, and contribute to improving our accounting processes. This position requires 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and vendor setups
• Perform monthly bank and GL reconciliations
• Review F&B; purchases for accuracy and proper coding




• Prepare journal entries and account analyses as needed
• Support annual audits and improve accounting efficiencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
