In this permanent position, you will partner with the Supervisor to drive daily operations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Effective coaching, training, and monitoring of staff will be critical, ensuring both productivity and safety across inbound and outbound activities within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support warehouse associates across various services
• Execute daily operational priorities and schedules
• Train and coach team members for better performance

Requirements:
• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics experience
• Previous team lead or supervisory role
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, or similar systems
