As the Charge Nurse under the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll guide and oversee nursing care in an Assisted Living setting. This role requires enhancing team skills, developing care plans, and participating in critical nursing assessments. You will also oversee medication safety and ensure compliance with standards while building relationships with residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and coaching to the care team
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Conduct nursing assessments and manage clinical emergencies




• Oversee medication administration and safety procedures
• Facilitate case conferences and collaborate with healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with older adults
• Experience in a leadership role in healthcare
• Strong nursing assessment and crisis management skills
