Elevate cardiac diagnostics as a Cardiac Echosonographer at St. Paul’s Hospital in B.C. Perform advanced echocardiography to support high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will report to the Head Technologist and conduct various cardiac ultrasound examinations, including 2-D, Doppler, and transesophageal studies. You will provide guidance to students and cardiology fellows, contributing to education and quality improvement efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diverse cardiac ultrasound examinations for patient diagnosis
• Assist with transesophageal studies alongside cardiologists
• Maintain quality control on ultrasound systems and related equipment




• Provide training and supervision to students and fellows
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for collaborative care

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Certification with Sonography Canada or ARDMS
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current knowledge of cardiac ultrasound technologies
• Ability to manage patient data in echo lab databases
