This is a permanent position for dedicated nurses committed to family-centered care. You will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on patient assessment, education, and coordination throughout the care continuum. Your expertise in postpartum and neonatal nursing will be essential as you contribute to quality care and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based nursing care to families and infants
• Lead nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes




• Educate families on health promotion and self-care strategies
• Participate in research and innovative practices within the unit

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• License or eligibility for licensure in Nova Scotia
• BLS certification within the last year
• Preferred experience in postpartum or neonatal nursing
