Ultipro is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the local contact for plant and office users, handling PCs, mobile devices, and office technologies. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues while coordinating with IT teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience with Windows environments, AD/GP, and M365, plus solid customer service and documentation skills. On-site role with occasional travel in a manufacturing setting.
