As a full-time Materials Specialist, you'll be overseeing the receiving department, ensuring materials are properly handled and stored. Your responsibilities will include supervising unloading processes and measuring team performance for accuracy in reporting and material transfers. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor unloading and staging of materials accurately
• Ensure receiving reports match actual materials received




• Supervise material movement to controlled storage
• Provide equipment for safe transport and storage
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma; college degree preferred
• Experience in automotive or logistics supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
