In this new role, you will report to the Algoma Civil Manager and manage a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. You’ll oversee project delivery, mentor staff, and prepare technical deliverables, such as stormwater designs and functional servicing studies. Your leadership will shape the success of Municipal, Transportation, and Environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Lot Grading and Residential Subdivision projects
• Prepare and review engineering and design documents
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff during project execution
• Perform technical reviews and certification on-site
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory entities for project success
Requirements:
• Valid P.Eng. license with 5+ years of Ontario experience
• Strong knowledge in stormwater management and site servicing
• Familiarity with engineering software like AutoCAD
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required
