• Market and show available apartment units
• Qualify prospective Residents effectively
• Negotiate leases for optimum outcomes
• Handle inquiries and feedback with professionalism
• Conduct inspections pre- and post-occupancy
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education required
• 2-3 years of direct sales experience needed
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with Yardi systems is an asset
