Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to current leads via multiple channels
• Build relationships and educate families on KidStrong programs
• Book trial classes and follow up to assist membership decisions




• Manage CRM for accurate lead tracking and status updates
• Collaborate with the leadership team on community outreach
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of sales experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to CRM systems
• Goal-driven with excellent organization skills
• Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR-C required
