In this full-time position, you'll work within ClearCo's GTM | Strategic Partnerships team to enhance our referral network across various channels. Your responsibilities include managing partner experiences from outreach to activation, while designing the underlying systems for successful partnerships. Enjoy a high degree of autonomy as you innovate strategies to engage brokers, consultants, and HR firms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit new referral partners in the perks sector
• Own pipeline forecasting and deal registration in CRM
• Design scalable referral tools for partner ease




• Manage outreach, onboarding, and agreement signing
• Build and maintain reporting systems for performance tracking

Requirements:
• 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales or partnerships
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing new partnerships
• Experience with referral or alliance partner programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings
