Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) to join our team, focusing primarily on operating excavators at our civil development sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in excavation services, coupled with a proactive "ready to work" attitude.

Location: Lower Mainland

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Conduct backfilling operations

Grade slopes to specified standards

Undertake mainline trenching tasks

Engage in bulk excavation activities





Possess additional skills in backhoe, dozer, and skid steer operations

Conduct thorough equipment inspections and maintain documentation to ensure reliable and safe operation

Actively participate in daily and weekly crew meetings

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Heavy Equipment Operation

Moderate proficiency in interpreting drawings

Monitor and eliminate all safety risks associated with excavation work

Possession of a valid driver’s license

Results-oriented leadership qualities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Solid written and verbal communication skills
