As a Payroll Specialist at Sandvik, you will manage full-cycle payroll for our diverse, multi-provincial workforce, including compliance with Quebec regulations. You will handle payroll transactions and maintain time and attendance data, ensuring accuracy while leveraging your Dayforce HCM expertise. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer full-cycle payroll, including T4 and RL-1 filings
• Process payroll for hires, terminations, and employee benefits
• Validate time and attendance accuracy for the payroll cycle
• Troubleshoot Dayforce system issues and maintain data
• Support compliance audits and legislative changes
Requirements:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification (PCP)
• 2-3 years of multi-provincial payroll experience
• Proficiency in Dayforce and payroll processing
• Microsoft Excel expertise, including V-Lookups
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
