Role Overview As a QE with CC Tools & Contact Center Platforms, you will serve as a vital technical leader responsible for testing, automation, and support of contact center platforms. You’ll leverage your skills in automation testing, telephony tools, and Java to ensure high-quality deployments and system performance.

Required Skills French + English bilingual – MUST HAVE
Strong QE experience with Contact Center platforms
IVR/Routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar
UI/API automation: Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc.
Agent Desktop automation/testing
Strong Core Java
Experience leading maintenance releases, enhancements & production support
Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ/Eclipse
Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile environments
AWS Amazon Connect – strong plus
