A robust background in nursing or social work, alongside clinical experience, is essential for this highly sensitive role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical care services for clients and families
• Identify and support clients with complex chronic conditions




• Collaborate with care teams to enhance service access
• Navigate multiple healthcare systems for client welfare
• Ensure compliance with sensitive position requirements

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in nursing, social work, or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience
• Knowledge of Inuit culture and languages is an asset
• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks required
• Fluency in Nunavut's official languages preferred
