Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Team, delivering comprehensive patient care across hospital units including the Emergency Department. You will develop care and education plans reflecting assessments and patient goals, collaborating with the IDHCT to enhance programs and patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates have nursing licensure, BCLS, and ACLS in progress, with 2+ years in Medical/Surgical settings or telemetry/ICU experience preferred.
