Lead impactful training initiatives as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Reena. Collaborate with experts to enhance training quality, implement compliance measures, and foster staff development.

In this senior role, you will coordinate and enhance learning programs, ensure legislative compliance, and work closely with managers and subject matter experts. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging training courses, designing learning plans, and overseeing the Learning Management System. You will guide Direct Support Supervisors, assist in training facilitation, and manage relationships with training partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement L&D; functions for staff and students
• Design and update agile training courses regularly




• Instruct various workshops and provide trainer support
• Oversee the Learning Management System and its functionality
• Address attendance, testing, and transcript issues

Requirements:
• University degree in social services or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of L&D; experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS 365
• Experience as a facilitator for diverse audiences
• Skills in moderating training sessions on digital platforms
