Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily nursing department operations
• Engage with residents and families during Care Conferences

• Implement approved disciplinary processes where necessary

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent license
• Minimum of three years clinical experience
• Knowledge of service plan development for residents
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations
