Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will evaluate policy risks by examining medical records and apply your knowledge of veterinary medicine. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate insurance risks through veterinary medical record analysis
• Adjust new and existing pet health insurance policies
• Offer guidance to Insurance Advisors and Claims Adjusters
• Discuss risk assessment results with customers and veterinary staff
• Prepare and distribute official policy documents
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Veterinary Technology program
• Minimum 3 years of experience in veterinary practice
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of independent work and teamwork
