As a Patrol Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring a secure environment within one of Toronto's premier commercial properties. This position requires a robust focus on customer service and effective communication, alongside proactive patrolling duties. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols throughout common areas of the mall
• Maintain visibility to deter theft and unauthorized activity
• Monitor and address safety concerns for shoppers and tenants




• Respond to incidents like disturbances and emergencies
• Provide customer assistance with directions and inquiries

Requirements:
• Security License eligibility in Ontario
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail security
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Strong situational awareness and observation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
