Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific projectmethods. Prepares training materials, training sessions on project deliverymethodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents,integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards andguidelines.

General Skills:

Knowledge and experience with Agile Information andInformation Technology (I⁢) methods and techniques associated with thedevelopment and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks

Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensusbuilding, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effectivestakeholder management

Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology andability to educate others

Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agileteam and product owner and maintaining a safe working workplace for the teamby helping with conflict resolution

Experience leading the Agile methodology and developmentteams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in theframework

Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removingimpediments

Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviewsto administer project goals and improve team performance

Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach,Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.

Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relatedfield.

CertifiedScrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.

Experiencein DevOps Environments: Previous experience as a Scrum Master andBusiness Analyst within a DevOps setting, bridging the gap betweendevelopment and operations teams.

Familiaritywith DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git,Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.

Experiencewith Cloud and Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with cloudplatforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and tools like Docker orKubernetes.

BacklogManagement:



Experience collaborating with Product Owners to manageproduct backlogs, ensuring the highest-priority work is well-defined andready for development.

Skill Set Requirements:
