The Seasonal Concierge welcomes clients and creates memorable experiences during the holiday season. This role provides store, product, and service information while supporting client needs and in-store events.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and deliver exceptional service.
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and resolve client needs professionally.
- Provide information about store services, products, and the local community.
- Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
- Support holiday events and other in-store experiences.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications.
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
