You'll oversee day-to-day financial tasks, including grants and contracts management, while collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers and sponsors. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports for meetings
• Ensure timely remittances including taxes and health premiums
• Oversee financial aspects of Festival activities and partnerships
• Administer contracts and monitor sponsorship deliverables
Requirements:
• Experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data
• Experience in the not-for-profit or event sector preferred
