Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

Position Summary
As a Laboratory Demonstrator, you will be responsible for supervising laboratory sessions during which you will deliver short instructional presentations and evaluate student performance. Duties also include grading laboratory reports for all assigned sections, as well as overseeing the introductory laboratory sessions held during the first week of the course. Additionally, you will be expected to respond to student inquiries via email and ensure the implementation of all laboratory safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or a related field
- Practical knowledge of standard biochemical techniques
- Completion of training on the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Reading proficiency in English is considered an asset
