This role is responsible for supporting core accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracyPerform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing activitiesPrepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentationReview financial data for accuracy and investigate discrepanciesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring as neededMaintain organized accounting records and documentationAssist with audit preparation, internal controls, and compliance-related tasksCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support accounting and reporting needsQualifications:Postsecondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in an accounting, bookkeeping,
