ComPsych invites licensed behavioral health clinicians to join their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. As an independent provider, you will offer short-term counseling to employees facing various life challenges. This role emphasizes ethical and client-centered services, enabling you to make a significant impact in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide solution-focused counseling through in-person sessions
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety,
and more
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as per standards
• Coordinate care with ComPsych’s intake and referral processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field
• Minimum 2 years of post-master’s independent clinical experience
• Active qualified accreditation or registration
• Insurance coverage as required
• Recent resume or CV submission
