As the Vice President at triOS Institute, you will embody the company’s core values while supporting operational excellence. This position encompasses on-site inspections, union safety integration, and continuous improvement of safety performance metrics across Ontario. You will conduct field-based coaching and maintain compliance with critical legislation, enhancing overall safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site visits for safety oversight
• Ensure compliance with Ontario health and safety laws
• Integrate union (LiUNA) safety requirements into practices




• Identify hazards proactively and reduce risks
• Coach and train staff on safety protocols
Requirements:
• OHS diploma or certificate required
• Strong knowledge of Ontario HSE legislation
• Experience with COR (Ontario) program requirements
• Proficient in WSIB processes and reporting
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office
