This role is with our Partners in Performanceteam, part of Accenture.

Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance working alongside client partners to make change happen. We've got offices in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Africa, North and South America and Europe but prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. Instead, we work alongside our clients to unleash their potential and deliver lasting impact that you hardly ever achieve by sitting in a boardroom.

The Business Analyst role is an entry level role where you would be immediately exposed to being the frontline change agent for our clients. You are the primary source of reliable data and rock‑solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time.

- Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem‑solving
- To work closely with other team members and client team members to collect/analyze data and provide insights
- At times, the business analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front‑line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience
- This position involves a significant amount of on‑site travel. The ideal candidate is comfortable and available to travel 70% as part of the role. This will include US and Canadian travel, as well as other international opportunities.

Key competencies: To be successful consultant at Partners in Performance, you not only need to be an outstanding academic performer, but also be dynamic,

passionate and prepared to roll up your sleeves and work inside our clients’ businesses. You need to care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of our success.

This position involves a significant amount of on‑site travel. The ideal candidate is comfortable and available to travel 80% as part of the role. This will include US and Canadian travel, as well as other international opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026/2027 or Spring/Summer 2027
- English proficiency is required, as this role involves regular interaction with multi‑national teams across our global enterprise

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Relevant internship or co‑op experience within consulting, industrial organizations, or the natural resources sector is an asset
- Exposure to industrial, mining, manufacturing, construction, or field‑based project environments is an asset
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts using visual tools

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proven drive for results, ownership, and delivering measurable business impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an asset
- Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements as business needs require, including potential for frequent on‑site and field‑based client presence

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi‑national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking multi‑national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
