Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support across Workday HCM and modules • Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows • Support modules such as Talent, Absence, and Advantages • Partner with HR stakeholders for effective Workday solutions • Build and enhance Workday reports and dashboards
Requirements: • 2-5 years of HRIS experience in HCM • Demonstrated configuration experience in Workday • Ability to create advanced Workday reports and dashboards • Hands-on experience with EIBs
