At EY, the Senior Campus Recruiter plays a pivotal role in managing recruitment activities for our national practice. You will coordinate with diverse teams and campus Career Centres, and support the recruitment of qualified undergraduate and master’s candidates. Building strong relationships with students, faculty, and client-serving teams is key to ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit for staff and internship positions on campus
• Build relationships with students and career centers
• Coordinate campus events and recruiting activities




• Handle onboarding processes for new hires
• Implement sourcing strategies to meet diversity goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years recruiting experience
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
