About the Role:
The Brick Associate, Sales plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers in a retail environment.



This position is responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and facilitating sales transactions to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of product features, promotions, and inventory to effectively guide customers through their purchasing decisions. Additionally, the associate contributes to the overall store presentation and ensures a welcoming and organized shopping environment. Ultimately, this position supports the company’s growth by fostering customer loyalty and driving revenue through excellent service and sales expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.

Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.

Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in furniture, home goods, or related retail sectors.

Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising principles.

Additional language skills to support diverse customer demographics.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.





Customer service training or certification.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer requirements and current promotions.

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or electronic payments securely.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and store policies to assist customers effectively.

Contribute to merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or escal ate them appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
