Join East Coast Credit Union as a full time Commercial Administration Officer, where your financial expertise and administrative skills will make a difference in the community-focused environment. Engage in the assessment and management of the Commercial Loan Portfolio effectively.

This permanent role is suited for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector, especially those with a Business Administration diploma. You will coordinate commercial loan files, assist with due diligence, and conduct financial statement analyses to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administration of all commercial loan files
• Assist with due diligence during loan applications




• Review and analyze interim and annual financial statements
• Prepare reports tracking commercial targets and referrals
• Maintain records for timely annual commercial reviews

Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, bilingualism a strong asset
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Self-motivated with a commitment to customer service
