MRG Live, part of The MRG Group, is seeking a Vendor Coordinator - West to manage vendor lifecycle across Western Canadian festival and event portfolio from Vancouver. You will be the primary contact for food vendors, merchants, exhibitors, and other participating vendors, ensuring they receive transparent information and that all requirements are completed ahead of each event.
This role supports events across British Columbia, including Khatsahlano Street Party and other large-scale events.
