You will report to the Manager of Clinical Engineering, providing essential technical expertise and support for a variety of clinical and facility-based equipment. Collaborating with clinical staff and other stakeholders, you will ensure that all equipment is protected, reliable, and ready for patient care. Regular travel to different healthcare facilities is required, along with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain a variety of clinical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Assist in equipment evaluations and commissioning
• Ensure accurate technical documentation is maintained
• Collaborate effectively with staff and vendors
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent technical program
• Two years of equipment maintenance experience
• Certifications in electronics or industrial mechanics
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment
