Join Partnership as a Social Worker and Registered Therapist 2 based in Welland, Ontario. Focus on therapy for children and families using evidence-informed approaches.

In this full time role, you will be a crucial part of Partnership’s Team B, specializing in individual and family therapy for clients aged 6-18. Utilizing therapies like CBT and DBT, you will address diverse mental health issues and work in collaboration with other professionals to ensure holistic care. Your input will be essential to creating positive outcomes for youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practices
• Work alongside medical and educational professionals
• Conduct assessments and develop individual care plans




• Implement interventions based on the CAPA model
• Engage families in the healing process

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or relevant field
• Registered with Ontario’s Social Workers and Psychotherapists
• 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Current Police Records Check and vehicle required
