This essential role within the manufacturing & logistics industry offers steady, full-time hours, competitive pay rates, and a supportive team environment. We offer two consistent full-time shift schedules to suit your lifestyle: an Afternoon Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) at $21.50 per hour, and an Overnight Shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM) at $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Execute accurate, high-speed data entry into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and internal logistics tracking systems.
Manage incoming and outgoing operational emails, promptly responding to driver, carrier, and facility inquiries (up to 40 to 60 emails max per shift).
Perform continuous yard coordination and tracking through Yard Management Systems (YMS) to maintain live updates on trailer locations.
Reconcile shipping documentation, bills of lading, and freight logs to ensure complete accuracy across operational records.
Assist with customer service inquiries, providing timely status reports on inbound and outbound truck arrivals.
Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, wearing required PPE including CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots at all times.
Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including rapid data entry, spreadsheet management, and navigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional email correspondence.
High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to eliminate errors in fast-paced logistics records.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills under tight daily operational deadlines.
Familiarity with Yard Management Systems (YMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or distribution environments.
