In this supervisor role, you'll oversee on-site security personnel while managing daily operations. With a focus on excellence, you will provide coaching, develop team members, and ensure adherence to security procedures. Working Monday to Friday, you will be supported by ongoing training through the GardaWorld Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the in office security team daily
• Manage schedules and fill open shifts effectively
• Coach and support team members for growth
• Provide direction during critical incidents
• Complete daily incident reports accurately
Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada
• 3-5 years in security management
• Excellent leadership skills required
• First aid certification necessary
• Valid security license is mandatory
