- Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings and legal documents
- Prepare and coordinate for hearings and trials, including scheduling and file management
- Work directly with lawyers on all aspects of file management
- Manage client files from start to finish
- Provide proactive day‑to‑day support in a fast‑paced remote environment

- Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program (required)
- Minimum of 3 year of legal assistant experience (family law experienceisa solid asset)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
