Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Enter, verify, and maintain production data in plant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness* Review and validate production data, including counts, production draws, and inventory-related information* Confirm accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production outputs to ensure system alignment* Ensure data entered flows correctly into systems such as billing and operations* Work cross-functionally with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve discrepancies* Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, with potential to assist with procurement tasks as the role evolves**What Are We Looking For*** Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate, high-volume data entry* Capability to work confidently with computer systems, databases,



and spreadsheets* Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant and office teams* Ability to prioritize tasks and perform reliably in a fast-paced production environment* Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when handling data discrepancies* Titan or similar system/database experience preferred**Work Environment**This role is based in a production or plant office setting and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. Work is primarily computer-based, with exposure to an active industrial environment.
