Join MAC Reno-Design-Build as an analytical Accountant in a hybrid/remote capacity. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and improve financial processes while supporting project-based accounting.

This role is essential for driving financial integrity across MAC Reno-Design-Build’s operations. You will manage cash flow, accounts reconciliations, and perform month-end closes while collaborating closely with the Controller. Your analytical mindset will help improve accounting workflows and support payroll accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices and manage discrepancies
• Record customer payments and handle cash reconciliations
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations




• Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes
• Maintain internal controls and documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounting coursework or experience
• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analytics and automation tools
• Proficient in Excel and financial data analysis
